Hearty, all-natural beef, potatoes and vegetables smothered in rich brown gravy. Makes two 11 oz. servings. 12 grams of Protein per serving. Gluten free.

Ingredients: POTATOES, BEEF(COOKED, DICED, AND FREEZE-DRIED), CARROTS, MUSHROOMS, PEAS, TOMATO, SAVORY SOUP BASE(YEAST EXTRACT, NATURAL FLAVOR), ONION, SALT, PARSLEY, BLACK PEPPER, THYME, BAY LEAVES.

 

Directions: Remove and discard enclosed oxygen absorber before beginning food preparation. Add 2-1/2 cups (600 mL) of boiling water to pouch. Stir well. Seal and let sit for 15-20 minutes. Stir and serve. Rehydration time doubles every 5,000 feet of elevation gain. Our directions are set for 5,000 feet.
